Vision Comics

Vision Comics

Vision Comics, a Division of the Vision Entertainment Group, published several dozen comic books from 1994 through the year 2000.  Publishing of comics was eventually stopped due to an overall market decline that had brought all of Vision's titles into the red.  Currently, the comics, books and magazines shown below and in the catalog are still available in Vision's inventory, and orders are still being filled for them.  Click on the "Previous" and "Next" links beneath the cover images to view successive cover illustrations.

BEATRIX

Beatrix Farmer is an average, everyday girl, with the same problems most of us have. But one day she leaves her home, like every other -- and her life will never be the same. In a madcap world of pan-dimensional aliens, superheroes and magic, can Beatrix manage to come out on top? Ultra-high production values, brilliant color and a great story make Beatrix a highly recommended book.

HARD CORE

Digitally shaded, this tale takes place in the streets --where justice flows from the barrel of a gun, and the only peace for many comes from a needle or crack vial. The police are closing in on the vigilantes, while betrayal lurks around the corner. Grab a copy and watch the fight against the gangs and drug lords that rule the streets -- in one of the bloodiest, most violent titles in the history of Vision Comics.

KATMANDU

Katmandu is a dual story, cast in two timelines: In modern day, it follows the life and adventures of Thorin & Leahtrah, members of two different and warring tribes. Although originally his prisoner, Leahtrah and Thorin fell in love, exchanged vows and have tried to escape the violence surrounding the war.  As a deserter, Thorin has had several close calls -- he could be shot if he were arrested and found to be a deserter.  Leahtrah, in the future, will at times tell stories of her ancestress, Liska, which are related in flashbacks.  These tales of the past bring the reader back to the days of arrow and spear, of nomadic tribes warring and squabbling with one another.
